Master of Business Administration · Ottawa University
Ayush Dhungel
Software developer and business technologist in the automotive industry. I use automation, AI, and data analytics to improve dealership service and operations.
About me
I work at Woodhouse Auto Group, a multi-brand dealership group with more than 20 franchises in the Midwest. I build internal business applications and automation workflows on Microsoft Azure, and I work closely with service operations. That work includes service reporting and data analytics, AI voice agents for service scheduling, and floorplan and accounts-payable automation.
The MBA gave me business frameworks for work I was already doing. Economics explains why automation pays off. Management accounting showed me how to measure it. Organizational behavior and leadership showed me how to bring people along with the change. Strategy showed me how all of it fits together. The artifacts below are one signature assignment from each course, and each is embedded in full so you can read it on the page.

Continued development
Finishing the MBA is a starting point. My plan for the next stage of personal and professional growth:
1
Strengthen financial modeling
Build sensitivity analysis and stronger cost-benefit models into every automation proposal so each one carries a complete business case.
2
Lead the next phase of automation at Woodhouse
Move from building individual tools to leading AI-driven pricing, inventory, and predictive service analytics, the opportunities I recommended in BUS 7500.
3
Stay current in AI and cloud security
Keep learning as AI platforms and Zero Trust practices evolve, and share that knowledge with service, accounting, and IT colleagues.
